- Parking for the Samaritan Cancer Center is located at the north side of the building and is free of charge.

- Who do I call regarding my bill?
- If you have a question regarding your bill, please call the billing office at 280-8360. Please mail all payments to Dayton Physicians, P.O. Box 635098, Cincinnati, Ohio 45263-5098.
- Can I make a payment plan?
- Our Financial Counselor will help you set up a payment plan, please call (937) 208-4414.
- What if I have a question regarding my treatment?
- Please call the radiation oncology nurse at 279-5868.
- Where can I find information on radiation treatments?

- To set up an appointment or change an appointment, call the Radiation Oncology Support Associate at 279-5868.
